JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position has the overall responsibility for supervising the coordination of records and information from creation or receipt through processing, distribution, organization, storage and retrieval, and ultimate disposition. The supervisory role is responsible for ensuring documentation is systematically managed and aligned with the companies Document Management Systems and processes.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
• Responsible for management and recording of customer's and or department/ ISO documents.
• Distribute the documents to related department and make necessary record for controlled documents such as: drawing, quality standard, ECO/ECN, ctc.
• Internal documents control/ WI and records.
• Handling SAP system for BOM creation
• Control BOM
• Prepare customer audit
• Prepare for management review data and arrange coordination for internal audit.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Familiar with SAP & MRP system is a must.
• Really Understand ISO 9001 & 14001 standards.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 in any field
• Experience as DCC in electronics manufacturer at least 2 years.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Computer literate (Ms. Office, esp. Excel & Power Paint, SAP system)
• Creative, smart and adept.
• Able to work independently, team work, hardworking, assertive, thorough, discipline, high confident, enthusiastic and energetic approach, with a goal-focused attitude.
• Having good attitude, mature, honest and humble.
