Job description:
• Assists QA Engineer in the resolutions of customer complaints and feedback.
• Communicates customers complaints & feedback to all QA inspection stations.
• Communicates quality issues to internal dept & follows up on action until it is closed.
• Conducts regular QA layered process audits to ensure inspectors are following the correct
inspection procedures & methods.
• Trains and develop inspectors under his /her responsibility how to execute their work
effectively.
Requirements:
• Diploma and above.
• Familiar with statistical process control tools, drawing interpretation.
• 1 year in QA dept, preferably in plastic injection molding, printing and assembly.
Well versed with IS014001 requirement.
