REPORTS TO:
Printing Manager-Ops Manager
POSITION INTRODUCTORY.
Coordinate and supervise the manufacturing of printing product to meet production volume objectives within the defined KPls (Key Performance Indicators) such as quality, productivity, cost, safety, delivery time, industrial/ environmental peace, and continuous improvement spirit.
Responsibilities:
• To ensure the production plan is implemented in terms of production targets and resources needed
• To assure the production runs at agreed production required and performance
• To ensure all product quality assurance procedure are well implemented by team, Material Coordinator and Operators during the production process
• To ensure the utilization of processing machines are utilized in proper manner and essential care and inspection of components to minimize machine damage are correctlyy done in accordance with standard operating procedure
• To initiate and actively involving In process or product quality improvement project to meet market demand and competitive cost
• To organize and supervise the resources at his/her plant to ensure agreed resources are optimally utilized in producing cigarette packaging
• To maintain good relations and industrial peace with labour and workers to ensure smooth running of the production activities
• To implement the safety, health, environmental and security programs at production areas, to comply with regulation and ensure that company written policy on Safety, Health, Environment and Security are well implemented
• To develop his/her staffs in line with current job performance requirements and future career aspirations and company needs are properly protected
Requirements:
• Have experience in related field, supervisor from manufacturing company, Printing background will be priorities
• Knowledge of printing Process and practices
• Good knowledge in printing Technical
• The ability to foster teamwork
• Experience with coaching or training employee
• Have good personality and able make an approach for all level
• Strong oral and written skills
• Strong leadership skills that include being a self starter
