Lowongan Kerja Batam PT Asus Service Indonesia Februari 2017 is electronic manufacturing in Batam Island.

Asus Service Indonesia melalui Lowongan Kerja Batam 2017 we are now looking for below position:


• Ensuring that projects are run in compliance with the Organizations' requirements
• Providing guidance to project teams
• Maintaining and integrating project plans
• Tracking & reporting overall progress
• Administering the project budget
• Planning & scheduling resources for a group of projects
• Monitoring resource utilization
• Performing quality reviews
• Establishing and maintaining the project documentation library


• Provide & control daily repair plan and checking material availability based on target
• Solving problem with external and internal party related job function
• Follow up the project and schedule
• Prepare schedule for Production tine to hit the target planned
• Liaise with prod line, warehouse and other related department involved about parts planning

3. SA (Service Assistant)

• Assist customer open and issue RMA number
• Solve quality issue for customers
• Act as contact window between customers und internal department and follow up pending issues
• Update APAC company request and credit type case by weekly progress update at internal team, include issuing. receiving, repair and shipment APAC RMA
• Provide and update weekly and monthly report

4. Accounting Assistant

• Liaising with Tax Consultant and assisting to provide necessary data
• Assisting Accountant to liaising with Head Quarter in Taiwan
• Liaising and follow up with logistic, shipping and purchasing department over at related matters
• Handles full spectrum of Bank matters including monthly reporting
• Handles full spectrum of Petty Cash including its reimbursement
• Monitor and interpret simple cash flows and predicting future trends
• Prepare internal report for local management review

5. AM (Account Management Staff)

• Receiving incoming of material  from local and oversea and directly key-in to system and update data
• controlling all the RMA stock return from repair section
• Ex-change material process
• do inventory every month and update all in Formation to supervisor/leader

General Requirements:
• Can speak Mandarin
• Can speak English
• Graduate from diploma or bachelor degree with related education background, under graduate also welcome
• Has an experience in the related field is advantage
• Having knowledge about electronic industry
• Initiative, independent and team work
• Familiar with computer application program
