Posisi: 1. PROCESS TECHNICIAN (MOULDING)

Position Summary:

• This position will be responsible for performance qualification (PQ) of new molded components & existing molds, implementing process improvements on existing processes.

• Develop and improve molding processes for new and existing products

• Review new work instructions produced by New Product Engineering in advance of Product Quality

• Execute PQ's for new molded components

• Complete PQ reports to transfer products into ongoing production

• Provide daily production support to the molding operation

• Respond to customer complaints and initiate action to prevent occurrence of non-conformities related to the product, service, processes, or the quality system

Posisi: 2. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (MOULDING)

• Experienced molding machine Maintenance Tech in related field

• Associates/Vocational Trades Training or Apprenticeship programs 

Solid and Proven Experience:

• Requires familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatic

• Ensures mechanical operations of injection Molding Machines and peripheral equipment

• Reads/interprets electrical schematics ranging from low voltage up to 480 V -3 Phase

• Troubleshoots malfunctions (HMI / CNC controls, mechanical or electrical)

• Repairs electrical equipment while troubleshooting wiring, motor controls and sensors

• Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments

• Checks fits, clearances and appropriate adjustments to equipment

• Installs special functional and structural parts in equipment (electrical / mechanical).

• Uses various devices to test equipment's performance

• Initiates purchase order for critical spare parts for the machines & control inventory.

Posisi: 3. FACILITY TECHNICIAN

Requirements:

• Minimum Senior High School (STM)

• Able to coordinate maintenance and serving building & utilities

• Periodic maintenance and service of air conditioner, compressor & production equipment

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical (1-2)

• Minimum 3 years working experience in related industries

• Fluent in English

• Strong sense of responsibility

• Team player "Open mind & thinking"

• Goal oriented

• Professional appearance and behavior
