Seatrium merupakan gabungan dari Sembcorp Marine dan Keppel Offshore & Marine. Seatrium Batam sebelumnya dikenal dengan nama PT. SMOE Batam yang beralamat di Kawasan Industri Terpadu Kabil Jalan Hang Kesturi VI Lot 5-1.

Responsibilities:

• Completes production by organizing and controlling project elements.
• Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards.
• Completes technical studies and prepares cost estimates.
• Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
• Maintains production schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
• Controls production plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
• Prepares production status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data.
• Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.

General Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering is a must.
• Strong effective leadership, delegation and motivation.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a production engineer or related in oil & gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of engineering and construction standards, material, and processes.
• Must be able to work independently or teamwork.
• Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skills, hard worker and strong integrity.
