LOKER BATAM HARI INI 11 MARET 2025 - Kabil Integrated Industrial Estate adalah pengelola dari kawasan industri Citramas Group yang terdiri dari PT. Kabil Indonusa Estate (KIE) dan PT. Kabil Citranusa (KCN).

Kawasan industri ini membentang lebih dari 512 hektar lahan tepi laut pesisir dan berlokasi strategis di sepanjang pesisir timur Batam. KIIE telah dikembangkan untuk mendukung industri terkait minyak & gas, energi terbaru, dan pertambangan terutama perusahaan yang membutuhkan sebidang tanah besar dengan akses dekat ke pelabuhan umum di dalam perkebunan untuk pergerakan kargo berat dan berukuran besar.

Posisi:
1. MECHANICAL ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR
2. LANDSCAPING ASSISTANT

Requirement (posisi 1):

• Min Bachelor degree Engineers
• Min 5 years relevant experience in the same position
• Have good knowledge of implementation management system standard
• Familiar with problem solving methodology and reporting

Job Scope (posisi 1):

• Calculate material requirements & submit purchase requests.
• Receive & coordinate work orders, including electrical, AC, telephone. and electric motor repairs in the company and tenants
• Arrange shift schedules & assign tasks to the team.
• Prioritize work & manage generator repairs and operational vehicles. Report daily & weekly work results.
• Ensure all electrical equipment & vehicles are in good condition. Handle electrical service requests from tenants

Requirement (posisi 2):

• Min High School/Equivalent
• Minimum 1 year in the landscape field
• Understanding of environmental and landscape cleanliness

Job Scope (posisi 2):

• Supervise and ensure that the daily work of the landscape contractor is running according to standards.
• Check the presence and absence of landscape contractor employees.
• Control plant maintenance, grass cutting, and plant nurseries.
• Replacement of droopplants is carried out.
• Coordinate with contractors regarding work, equipment, and landscape needs.
• Change the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the field.
• Make daily reports to the Landscaping & Groundskeeping Foreman.
