Posisi:
1. HSE OFFICER
2. QHSE EXECUTIVE
Qualification (posisi 1):
- Minimum Diploma III
- Minimum 1 year' experience as HSE Officer/site AK3Umum (Ministry of Manpower Certification) Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Role & Responsibilities (posisi 1):
- Manage yard implementation base on HSE Program
- Acting for first aid case
- Safety patrol and monitoring safe work condition
- Leading General Briefing and tool box talk
- Assist Head of Department or Supervisor level to implement Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determine Control
- Monitoring environmental and hazardous material
- Deliver safety induction
- Maintain and display HSE alert, safety sign, safety information and display in HSE notice board
- Participating in internal and external communication
- Conduct HSE inspection checklist to HSE Equipment
- Prepare emergency drill
- As commander Emergency Response Team
- Manage and establish ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015
- Participating in internal audit ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015
- Assisting external auditor
Qualification (posisi 2):
- Minimum Diploma III
- Minimum 5 years' experience as QHSE Executive/site
- AK3Umum (Ministry of Manpower Certification)
- Familiar with ISPS Code
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Role & Responsibilities (posisi 2):
- Manage and establish ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and 45001 (if experience ISO 3834 & EN 1090 will be better)
- Act as Company Internal Auditor & coordinate for External Audit.
- Manage yard implementation base on HSE Program.
- Lead the HSE team and take charge of all occupational health, safety, security, environmental and quality management aspects of the Company.
- Assist Head of Department or Supervisor level to implement Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determine Control.
- Monitoring environmental and hazardous material.
- Acting for first aid case.
- Safety patrol and monitoring safe work condition.
- Leading General Briefing and tool box talk.
- Deliver safety induction.

- Conduct HSE inspection checklist to HSE Equipment.
- Study latest conventions, changes in industry practices and keep the Company and Employee updated by issuance of relevant information sharing as per circulation procedures.
