Specific Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years laboratory experience.
• Electric testing experience is a must
• Experience in Industrial product failure analysis is preferred
• Good interpersonal skill and teamwork
• Honest, self-driven, dedicated with strong sense of responsibilities
Job Description:
• Perform capacitor product test according to IEC standards and WIs
• Coordinate with external laboratories to increase testing capacity
• Test plan and test report
• Capacitor failure analysis
• New test items and new test equipment introduction
• Laboratory facility and equipment maintenance and 6S management
