Perusahaan berinvestasi di Batam pada tahun 2016 dengan nilai investasi sebesar 4 Juta Dollar US yang kala itu diresmikan oleh Pemerintah Kota Batam. Dalam menjalankan operasinya Blackmagic Design Manufacturing beralamat di Kawasan Industri Batamindo yakni tepatnya di Jalan Beringin Lot 213 sebagai tempat mereka melakukan aktifitas produksi.

Job Description/Scope:

• Prepare mould design and DFM report for the new mould project.
• Designing and developing plastic mould tools and fixtures to meet product specifications and manufacturing requirements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of mould designs
• Optimizing mould design for optimal performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness 5. Conducting mould testing and analysis to identify and resolve any issues or defects 6. Providing technical support and guidance to the production team throughout the manufacturing process
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in plastic mould design

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree or Equivalent.
• Has working experience on the same field (Toolroom) min 4-5 years.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, PDMC and Moldflow software.
• Good knowledge in hot runner mould design, 2K mould design and over mould design are more advantage.
• Good knowledge in mould making and injection molding (Plastic Product) are more advantage.
• Understand product design, mould structure and mould accessories.
• Can work independently without supervision.
• Self-motivated team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
