Plasmotech Batam urgently looking for experienced personnel for the following position:

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Oversee overall quality aspect of the company.
• Ensure quality management system are complying (ISO & TS)
• Ensure continuous improvement of product quality to reduce customer's return
• Analyze, investigate and report on customer specific product related quality issue
• Conduct inspection and audit to ensure conformance with quality requirements and product specification
• Supervise on document control as per procedure and quality standard
• Ensure preventive and corrective actions are strictly implemented
• Maintain good communication with customer and act as interface on all quality matters
• Responsible for the calibration program
• Coordinate the RoHS program
• Design and plan inspection fixture for efficiency inspection
• Give inspection support on trouble shooting of the tooling
• Ensuring all deliveries are fulfilled to customer's quality expectation
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Engineering and or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience as Quality Assurance Engineer
• Good knowledge and experience in developing implementing and maintaining quality system
• Strong knowledge in ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 2015
• Strong logical and analytical thinking, attention to detail and good time management.
• Good command in English
• Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement
• Able to road engineering drawings and use of inspection equipment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
