Energi Listrik Batam is now looking for highly motivated and experienced professional to fill Finance and Accounting Manager position with responsibility and qualification as follows:

Job Description:
• Responsible for all activities in Finance & Accounting Department;
• Managing and optimizing the company's cash flow
• Manage the company tax planning and tax management:
• Ensure and manage monthly, quarterly and annual reports meeting deadlines and in accordance to GAAP /PSAK;
• Prepare Finance & Accounting report for the Directors, Coorporate and others parties.
• Prepare the audit plan and audit process;
• Design and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of F & A Department;
• Updating budgets for CAPEX and Financial Models for banks, shareholders and Directors;
• Prepare presentation for the Risk Management Committee, Shareholders and Directors;
• Managing Financial Agreements with Creditors and other financial institutions;
• As a liaison between the Creditor and the Company for the fulfillment of necessary information;
• Ensure and monitor the implementation of contractual obligations with external parties relating to Finance;
• Planning and controlling the Company’s annual budget;
Qualification:
• Bachelor degree/Master degree from reputable university with majoring from Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 6 years experiences as a Finance & Accounting Manager.
• Fluent in english language.
• Deep knowledge in Financial Models, Financial Report, PSAK, Accounting SAP and Indonesia Tax Regulation.
• Detail, good communication & leadership skills, can work under pressure.
• Willing to be placed in Batam
