Job Descriptions:
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from job openings, screening resumes, administering psychological tests, scheduling interviews
• Conducting reference check to onboarding session.
• Explore the new channels for recruitment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
• Possessing minimum bachelor degree in psychology.
• Having minimal 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience in high-volume hiring will bea plus.
• Having broad knowledge and experience in utilizing psychological assessment tools
• Good command of both English and Mandarin.
• Target driven, but with a focus on quality.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
