Sejarah Perusahaan

Vector Engineering Indonesia adalah anak perusahaan multinasional dari Vector Indonesia yang berdiri pada tahun 2010 dan berpusat di Sumbawa. Perusahaan ini merupakan pemasok layanan lengkap untuk produk dan layanan mitigasi korosi untuk struktur beton bertulang dan pasangan bata termasuk jembatan, gedung, struktur laut, fasilitas industri, dan pabrik proses pertambangan.

Vector Engineering Indonesia sebagai perusahaan yang berspesialisasi dalam produk pertambangan yang dirancang khusus termasuk badan truk, tangki dan untuk peralatan pertambangan yang bergerak. Di Batam Vector Indonesia beralamat di Kawasan Industri Terpadu Kabil - Jalan Mas Surya Negara VI No. 1 Unit A4 VECTOR Kecamatan Nongsa, Kota Batam. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the company’s annual budget, including forecasts and long-term financial plans.
• Conduct variance analysis and report on financial performance against budget and forecast.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies in all financial reporting.
• Coordinate and lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
• Optimize the company’s working capital by managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory levels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to manage financing needs.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including tax laws and reporting requirements.
• Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and resolving any issues.
• Analyze and monitor costs to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Provide financial oversight for capital expenditures, ensuring alignment with company strategy and return on investment.
• Lead and manage finance-related projects, ensuring successful completion within deadlines.

Job Qualifications-

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as MYOB and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel.
