Sejarah PANJI JAYA berdiri pada tanggal 30 Juli 2011. Didukung oleh tenaga skill dan berpangalaman dalam bidangnya.  Perusahaan mampu bekerjasama dengan Customer. Pada tahun  2014,  Perusahaan mendapatkan  ISO  9001:2008,  sebagai  wujud untuk mengimplementasikan budaya mutu di perusahaan.

Job Description (posisi 1):
  • Sales Order Processing and Customer Delivery Dates management. Processing of Purchase orders to suppliers & conduct regular reviews with suppliers.
  • Monitor delivery status of open purchase orders/sales orders and take appropriate action on expedition, escalation or shipping mode intervention to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Manage aging purchase orders/sales orders and ensure replenishment is fulfilled.
  • Identify pre-shortage situations and take appropriate actions to minimize potential stock out/late delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate with other stakeholders on customer complaints related to orders/transportation/shipment discrepancy and provide quality response in the best possible time.
  • Performing gap analysis of committed vs actual delivery dates from Vendors.
  • Prepare and participate/lead in Short Interval Meeting and Monthly Performance Review with Vendors/Customers for improvements Management of Key Performance Indicators Through Global dashboard. Participation in project management for new flows setup (eg. UAT testing).
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to resolve challenges achieve overall customer satisfaction.
Qualification (posisi 1):
  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
  • Familiar with SAP (or other ERP software), understanding of MRP. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with relevant departments. Team player, Positive and Initiative,
  • Fluently English.
Job Description (posisi 2):
  • Prepare Monthly Cash Flow forecast,
  • Working with transport, shipping and receiving and related Team in relation reporting with Bank Indonesia for export import reporting (SImoDIs report),
  • Maintaining account payable query - escalation point related payment and pending invoice,
  • Review SOA and on hold invoice aging. Down payment settlement.
  • Handling External and internal audit by providing data request and coordinating with other department Work with Tax team for Tax query related,
  • support Tax audit by providing data request, Maintain government reporting (LKPM, BPS, SIINAS, etc)
Qualifications (posisi 2):
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the industry.
  • Have 2 years experienced in government reporting. Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Good in Microsoft Office (word, excel,ppt)
