Job Description (posisi 1):
- Create weekly or monthly production schedules based on demand forecasts and available production capacity.
- Monitor raw material and finished product inventory levels to ensure there are no shortages or excesses that could disrupt production or cause high storage costs.
- Communicate with the sales team to understand sales forecasts and customer orders, and coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure raw material supply.
- Ensure the production process runs according to established standards to maintain the quality of the final product.
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during the production process, such as late delivery of raw materials or machine breakdowns.
- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Qualification (posisi 1):
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma or Relevant majors such as Industrial
- A strong understanding of production processes and quality control is crucial.
- Production planners must have strong analytical and mathematical skills to manage resources and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of production planning software, such as material requirements planning (MRP) and scheduling systems, is essential.
- Prefered fluent in Mandarin & English (vocal and written).

Job Description (posisi 2):
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of production teams, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor and optimise production processes to maximise efficiency, productivity and product quality.
- Identify and resolve any production-related issues or bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and quality control, to ensure seamless integration of production activities.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Analyse production data and provide insights to management to support decision- making.
- Participate in the development and implementation of production plans and strategies.
Qualification (posisi 2):
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a production leadership role in the manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control methods.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and act quickly.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate teams.
- Working knowledge of relevant safety regulations and experience in implementing safety protocols.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prefered fluent in English and Mandarin (vocal and written).

Job Description (posisi 3):
- Ensure that the raw materials used in the production process meet the specified quality standards.
- Monitor the course of the production process to ensure that each stage runs according to established procedures.
- Testing finished products to ensure that their quality meets established standards.
- Document all findings and report them to relevant parties.
- Provide suggestions for improvement if quality problems are found.
- Carry out sampling plans and be able to read drawings
Qualification (posisi 3):
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma Relevant majors such as Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or others according to the company's industrial field.
- Familiar with QMS of ISO 9001, seven QC techniques, 8D and other analytical tools.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a role in the manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of relevant safety regulations and experience in implementing safety protocols.
- Prefered fluent in English (vocal and written).
- Placement in Kawasan Bintang Industri 2 Tj. Uncang - Batam.
