COMMERCIAL ADMIN
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, check, and manage commercial documents including quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts
- Support tender submissions and commercial proposals
- Maintain accurate records of client agreements, pricing, and variations
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, procurement) for commercial matters
- Monitor contract validity, payment terms, and follow up on outstanding documents
- Assist in cost tracking, basic commercial reporting, and documentation control
- Ensure all commercial activities comply with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in a commercial, admin, or contract support role (engineering or construction industry preferred)
- Good understanding of quotations, contracts, and basic commercial terms
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
