PT Advanced Cathay Colors Batam Indonesia didirikan pada tahun 2023 merupakan bagian dari grup Oxerra, yang dikenal secara global dalam industri pigmen warna
Job Description:
- As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for directing the HR & GA Department in the company with the following responsibilities :
- Ensure effective implementation, compliance, and continuous improvement within the HR & GA Department.
- Implement Compensation & Benefit strategies aligned with company goals.
- Execute the monthly payroll process and prepare payroll report.
- Handle BPJS Health & BPJS Employment and all related matters.
- Calculate monthly and annually PPh21 taxes and all related matters.
- Calculate the final settlement for contract (PKWT) and permanent (PKWTT) employees.
- Prepare HR Report, Manpower Budget Report and other reports related to Human Resources to Management.
- Monitor and calculate employee working hours, ensure compliance with Manpower Law & Company Policy.
- Handle Talent Management, Job Desc, Competency Matrix, Training & Development (TNA, etc)
- Carry Out Performance Management (KPI, Performance Appraisal,etc)
- Provide expert advice, resolution & guidance on labor regulations, employee relations and ensure alignment with company goal.
- Handle disciplinary actions, employee grievance & industrial disputes (if any), etc and ensuring all issues are resolved.
- Maintain positive and harmonious relationship at work.
- Handle expatriate work permits and the process such as RPTKA, KITAS, Visa C-18, other visas and etc in timely manner.
- Carry out the Report of WKLP, Annual Salary Structure, LKPM OSS, Company Policy, Termination and etc.
- Handle ad hoc duties delegated by Management.
The requirements:
- Male / Female
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major, with relevant HR experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a supervisory/executive HR role, with exposure to Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, General Affairs, and Talent Management
- Strong in Payroll Calculation (working hours & overtime regulations, PPh21 Calculation, BPJS Kes & BPJS TK all component, etc)
- Strong in Microsoft Excel (Upper-Intermediate - Advanced).
- Strong knowledge, understanding and implementation of Manpower Regulations (UU No.06/2023, PP 35/2021, PP 36/2021, etc).
- Good interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
This role will be based in Batam and will report to the Plant Administration Manager & the Managing Director.
This will be an onsite role (Monday-Friday), from 08.00 AM to 05.00 PM.
