HSE OFFICER
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Diploma (D-3) or Bachelor’s degree (S-1) in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position (adjust according to company needs).
- Possession of an HSE certification (such as General HSE Expert / Ahli K3 Umum) is a must.
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations and standards.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and analyze the causes of workplace accidents.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Willing to work full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, oversee, and maintain the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management system.
- Ensure that all operational activities comply with applicable HSE standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and workplace risks.
- Prepare HSE performance reports and conduct incident investigations in the event of workplace accidents.
- Provide training and coaching on HSE-related topics to all employees.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of staff, including contractors and external parties.
- Prepare and maintain all HSE-related documentation.
