R&D ASSISTANT (MANDARIN)
Requirements:
- Proficient in English & Mandarin.
- Proficient in office software, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, strong execution ability, with a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, management, or related fields.
- Proficient in Office/WPS (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Basic technical understanding (able to read drawings and understand R&D processes).
- Strong document writing, data organization, and communication skills.
- Work experience: 3 years.
- Placement in Batam
