Job Description:
HSE Superintendent is responsible to planning, managing, evaluating & continuous improvement related to logistic safety aspects, good logistic technical rules and logistic safety management systems in accordance with regulation, identifying and mapping potential hazards that may occur in the work environment, interacting with policy makers and ensuring the company complies with all applicable safety regulation, providing continuous education on the latest safety practices and regulatory compliance, conducting risk analysis and ensuring appropriate preventive measures are implemented, and conducting regular audits and inspections in all work areas to ensure compliance with work safety standard in the logistic area.
Requirements:
- Male
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in lifting activities
- Have work with heavy equipment such as forklift, reach stacker and crane
- Have good communication skills, tact, and teamwork
- Certified for K3 (HSE)
