QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)
Requirements:
- D3, or S1 in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as project estimator
- Prepare cost estimate/ BOQ interior works for bidding or tender
- Read drawing correctly and prepare unit price analysis
- Regularly review unit price analysis
- Calculate materials, volume/quantity and cost for projects Coordinate with project subcontractors or vendors
- Coordinate with project manager, designer and procurement Work along with the team to deliver the project in time Communicative, highly motivated and integrity, discipline, loyalty, strong leadership, energetic, able to work independently and effectively in team
