Requirements (posisi 1):
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Ensure all quality procedures, work instructions, and documentation are updated, controlled, and properly implemented.
- Plan and lead internal audits and management review meetings.
- Ensure effective and timely implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce non- conformities.
- Coordinate continuous improvement programs across departments.
- Maintain company compliance with QMS and other relevant standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37001 etc.).
- Act as the main liaison with certification bodies, external auditors, and clients during audits.
- Lead and develop the QMS/QA team to ensure high performance and competency.
- Conduct internal training to enhance quality awareness across the organization.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure effective implementation of quality policies and objectives.
Requirements (posisi 2):
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC Civil within EPC, industrial construction, oil & gas, or power plant projects.
- Strong understanding and implementation experience of ISO 9001, ISO 3834, and
- EN 1090 quality management systems.
- Familiar with international standards related to civil and structural works such as ACI, ASTM, BS, AWS D1.1, and SNI.
- Proficient in preparing and managing ITP, RFI, inspection checklist, NCR, and material test reports.
- Strong technical analysis, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications accurately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital QC documentation systems.
- Possession of QC Civil, Welding Inspection, or Construction Safety (K3) certification is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and attention to detail.
- Willing to be assigned to project site and work in a field environment.
Requirements (posisi 3):
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as QC Civil Inspector/Engineer in EPC, oil & gas, or industrial construction projects.
- Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 3834, and EN 1090 quality management systems.
- Knowledge of ACI, ASTM, BS, and SNI standards for civil works and concrete structures.
- Experienced in preparing and managing ITP, RFI, inspection checklist, and material test reports.
- Able to perform field inspections and verify workmanship against drawings and specifications.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic QC documentation software.
- Possession of QC Civil or K3 Construction certification is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Willing to be assigned to project sites.
