Skill Required:
- Candidates must possess at east Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering study program from reputable university (1,2,5)
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelors' Degree in Architecture study program from reputable university (3)
- Candidates must posses at least Bachelors Degree Mechanical Engineering I Electrical Engineering study program from reputable university (4)
- Candidates must posses at least Bachelors Degree in Law study program from reputable university (7)
- Candidates must posses at least Diploma's Degree in any
- Study program from reputable university (6,8,9)
- least 2 years experience in reputable developer company, contractor, or consultant, especially in high risk building and mixed used project (1,2,3,4,5)
- At least 1 year(s) of ring experience in e related field required for this position (6,7,8,9)
- Mastering about building construction codes is must (1,2,3,4,5)
- Strong capabilities in computer program such as Ms. Word, Excel and Power Point (1,2,3,4,7,8)
- Strong capabilities in computer program such as Autocad, SAP2000, ETABS (1,2,3,4,5)
- Good looking and Service oriented (6,7)
- Good communication, administration, presentation skill, multi-tasking, and can work under pressure (6,7,8,9)
- Dynamic and target oriented (5)
