Position Description
- Handle all documents for expatriates, including RPTKA, work permits, visas, KITAS, EPO, etc.
- Prepare monthly memos related to employee welfare. Keep track of annual leave and employee attendance.
- Support and assist employees with any work-related issues.
- Manage vendor contracts (e.g., catering, housing, water, etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Science (such as Administration, International Relations, Law, Psychology, etc.).
- Minimum 1 year of experience, especially in handling expatriate documents.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Must be currently living in Batam.
