Harapan Jaya Sentosa berdiri pada tahun 1987. Selama kurang lebih 30 tahun kami telah membangun lebih dari 100 pabrik dan gudang, mulai dari gedung skala kecil hingga gedung pabrik besar yang membuat komponen elektronik. Selain itu, kami juga telah membangun villa eksklusif, hotel bintang 4, serviced apartment, infrastruktur, fasilitas pendukung seperti water treatment plant, power plant dengan kualitas dan finishing terbaik.
Key Responsible:
- Handle Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Communicate with suppliers for quotations, pricing, and delivery updates.
- Keep records of purchasing documents and supplier information.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Ensure all purchasing activities follow company procedures.
- Support internal departments with their material or service needs.
- Prepare simple reports related to purchasing activities.
- Monitor and control office stationery (ATK) usage.
Qualifications:
- Able to communicate in English/Mandarin/Hokkien/Teochew.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchasing or a related field.
- Excellent computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel.
- Willing to be placed in Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
