Infineon Indonesia BUTUH SEGERA:
In your new role you will:
• Coordinate, evaluate and communicate internal and external Tool builds, repairs and modifications based on engineering project requests
• Interface with inside and outside contacts to complete assignments, and resolve problems
• Responsible for specification and successful procurement of injection mold tooling required for new product development parts and replacement molds
• Identify, justify and implement cost reduction projects and quality improvement projects
• Responsible for coordination of maintenance and repair of injection mold tooling
• Work closely with mold makers and designers to insure molds will meet Infineon mold standards to produce high quality parts
• Develop new tooling constructions technologies that take company to the next level of performance by reducing cost and increasing quality
• Collaborate with Design Engineers, Process Engineers, and Quality Engineers to develop and improve product designs for robust injection molded components
• Maintain database for mold, and tooling repairs (eg: prepare reports, maintain files, lists, logs, etc).
• You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree
• >10 years of experience in Mold tooling and preferable to have additional work experience in trimming and forming tools in addition to managing technical personnel
• Capability to analyze tooling problems and tool modification to continuously improve manufacturing requirement
• Hands on person who are able to communicate brief and clear with all levels
• Excellent in English both oral and written
• Skillful in preparing and doing presentation
In your new role you will:
• Define and review optimum analytical technique for production and development
• Perform semiconductor package level analysis to support customer returns, product qualifications, production low yield, and new product development
• Perform semiconductor Failure Analysis on power device to identify root cause of failure
• Generate technical reports of failure analysis findings
• Be able to develop new Failure Analysis techniques in area of expertise and actively communicate with Failure Analysis community for technique development
• Maintain and oversee calibration of analysis equipment
• You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry and Electrical Engineering
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Excellent in English both oral and written
• Strong analytical skill with systematic approaches
