Job Responsibilities:
• Create an effective and efficient HR system, for example by making SOP, job description, training and development system etc
• Responsible in HR administrations
• Ensure personnel files are up to date and secure
• Process BPJS
Requirements:
• Female
• Able written and spoken in English Fluently
• Experience minimum 2 years or above in position HRD
• Able to work independent
• Strong mentally, creative, proactive and fast learning
• Understand labor law accordance with company regulation
• Computer literate (Ms. Office)
• Minimal D3 all majors, graduated in law/psychology preferable
