Job Descriptions:
- Handle and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control departments.
- Responsible for Quality Operation from IQC, IPQC, OQC, FAI carried out based on procedure.
- Handle customer complaint, monitor product quality and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct root cause analyses and facilitate problem-solving teams.
- Handle training and development initiatives to promote quality awareness.
- Manage the measurement and calibration system of equipment in the company area.
- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to improve processes and reduce defects.
- Monitoring and continuously improve the quality performance of KPI indicators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Engineering or a related field
- 5 years working experience in a Quality Engineer or quality assurance role in manufacturing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English and effective communication with suppliers and internal teams.
- Details minded, result oriented, strong conceptual and analytical skill and able to work under pressure.
