Sejarah Perusahaan
PT. Rotating Offshore Solutions (ROS) memiliki induk perusahaan di Singapura bernama Rotating Offshore Solutions Pte Ltd yang berdiri pada tahun 2004. Di Singapura ROS berlokasi di Offshore Marine Centre, dengan memiliki fasilitas area seluas 200,000 squarefoot terdiri dari bangunan office 5 tingkat dan bangunan workshop lainnya.
Main Responsibilities (posisi 1):
- Reviewing MR - Material Requestion
- Float RFQs (Request for Quote) to Approved Vendors
- Following up Tech/Commercial Offer
- Commercial negotiations (Tech./Comm. Clear Bidders) with Technically successful vendors.
- Internal Estimation/Budget check, CBE (Commercial Bid Evaluation) approval from management, PO placement.
- Arranging KOM (Kick of Meeting), PIM (Pre-inspection meetings)
- Following up Eng. documents till Closure, Stage
- Payment Processing for vendors
- Supporting Project team in Weekly/Monthly Review meetings
- Vendor Site Visits for expedition
Requirements (posisi 1):
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Experience 3 Years in the same field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Supplier relationship management.
Main Responsibilities (posisi 2):
- Matching invoices against supporting docs and process the data entry.
- Ensure withholding taxes deducted from vendor invoices in accordance to prevailing regulations.
- Preparation of monthly account payable ageing report for payment plan process.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Review and manage monthly tax payments.
- Support process improvements to enhance the efficiency of our AP operations conduct monthly tax reconciliations to maintain compliance.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements (posisi 2):
- Diploma or degree in accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting, especially in AP and tax.
- Having good knowledge in taxation.
- Fluent in English both oral & written.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Ms Office applications, especially excel application.
Main Responsibilities (posisi 3):
- Lead the piping design and engineering team for assigned offshore projects from FEED to detailed design and execution phases.
- Review and approve piping deliverables including layouts, isometrics, MTOs, and support drawings.
- Ensure design compliance with project requirements, specifications, and standards (ASME, API, DNV, etc.).
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior piping engineers and designers.
- Interface with client & vendors.
- Interface with process, mechanical, structural, electrical, and instrumentation teams to ensure system integration.
- Participate in design review meetings (3D model reviews, HAZID/HAZOP, constructability, and operability reviews).
- Coordinate with procurement for material requisitions, vendor document reviews, and technical bid evaluations.
- Support fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities through technical clarifications and field assistance.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the project quality and safety standards.
Requirements (posisi 3):
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in piping design and engineering for offshore oil & gas or renewable energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of piping materials, stress analysis, and layout design. 4. Proficiency in 3D design tools (E3D/PDMS/Smart Plant / AutoCAD Plant 3D).
- Familiarity with ASME B31.3, API, DNV-ST-N001, ISO, and NORSOK standards.
- Experience with MTO preparation, valve data sheets, and tie-in coordination.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
