PAYROLL OFFICER
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a payroll officer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and applicable labour laws and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using payroll software and spreadsheet applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees
- A degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred
- Mandarin/Teochew/Hokkien is preffered better
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Calculating and processing bi-weekly payroll for all employees, including regular pay, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
- Ensuring payroll compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintaining accurate employee records and payroll data
- Preparing and submitting payroll-related reports and flings
- Responding to employee inquiries and addressing any payroll-related concerns
- Assisting with the implementation of payroll system updates and improvements
- Collaborating with the HR team to ensure a seamless payroll process
