HR OFFICER
This role is ideal for a dedicated HR professional with a proven track record in fostering employee engagement and managing core HR processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law (preffered).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as HR Staff; experience in a shipyard company is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees and management across diverse levels.
- Solid understanding of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
