Sejarah Singkat Batamindo

Kawasan ini dibangun pada tahun 1990 berdasarkan kesepakatan kerja sama ekonomi tahun 1989 antara pemerintah Indonesia dan Singapura melalui Gallant Venture Ltd dan PT Batamindo Investment Cakrawala. 

Kawasan Industri Batamindo, dengan luas 320 hektare berlokasi di Jl. Rasamala No.1, Muka Kuning, Kec. Sei Beduk, Kota Batam, Kepulauan Riau. Kawasan industrial Batamindo mencakup area operasional manufaktur, seperti pabrik, perkantoran, serta area produksi lainnya. Selain itu, tersedia juga lahan fasilitas tambahan. Di antaranya adalah asrama pekerja, perumahan, dan fasilitas komersil.  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry/chemical Engineer or equivalent
• Experience 1 year as Lab Analyst or Fresh Graduated are welcome.
• Have knowledge of laboratory testing skills.
• Able to operate laboratory equipment.
• Have knowledge of Hazardous Waste and preventation
• Excellent to operate Microsoft Office.
• Have knowledge of chemical Handling.
• Understand English
• Service Oriented.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collect influent and effluent water samples from STP and WWTP.
• Collect Process samples from the SBR system of the STP and WWTP.
• Count microorganisms in process samples.
• Analyze the quality of influent and effluent water samples form the STP and WWTP.
• Prepare daily monitoring reports for the STP and WWTP.
• Analyze the quality of SBR process samples form the STP and WWTP
• Conduct quality testing of chemicals samples (PAC, Hydrated Lime, and Sugar) during purchasing and upon arrival of new stock.
• Perform manual calibration of pH and DO sensors for STP and WWTP.
• Perform complete laboratory testing of STP-WWTP samples alongside testing by external laboratories.
• Recalculate the composition and dosage for the dilution and preparation of coagulants, flocculants, and other required chemicals, based on the quantity and quality of incoming wastewater (WWTP).
• Asst inequality testing of WTP chemical samples.
