LOGISTIC/SHIPPING STAFF
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end to end logistics process, ensuring the timely and compliant dispatch, receipt. and documentation of goods.
- Preparing, verifying, and distributing shipping documents (shipping instructions, invoices. packing lists, COO, BL).
- Booking cargo with shipping lines/agents, negotiating rates, and coordinating with warehouses for loading.
- Ensuring compliance with import/export regulations, handling HS codes, and managing documentation for customs clearance.
- Monitoring shipment movements to ensure on-time delivery and updating internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, any field
- Minimum 2 Years of working experience in similar position
- Familiar and understand the customs clearance process.
- Familiar and understand system CEISA 4.0 especially for export/import (PPFTZ)
- Understanding of Incoterms, customs regulations, and international logistics.
- Strong in English communication skills for dealing with overseas agents and local authorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and logistics software.
