GENERAL SUPERVISOR

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide services and communication for customers regarding the import process; handle and ensure the completeness of import documents in compliance with relevant regulations (such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, PEB, PIB, etc.);
• Coordinate with internal teams, customs, shipping lines, and other related parties to resolve import- related issues;
• Provide clients with clear information and solutions regarding import products and services;
• Supervise and guide team members in their daily tasks to ensure timely and high-quality completion of work;
• Assist superiors in formulating and optimizing departmental workflows to improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• Diploma degree or above;
• Proficiency in Chinese language;
• Willing to work in Batam;
• At least 2 years of team management experience or relevant experience in import logistics;
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills;
• Good problem-solving ability, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure;
• Proficient in office software and familiar with import-related systems is a plus.
